I was charged with a DWI and felt sure that the least I would get was a 1-year license suspension and some sort of fine. But Mark Jetton and Michael Fanous had other plans. They didn't negotiate a plea deal, they took my case to trial and my team won the case hands down. The prosecution and police testimony was shot full of holes. The judge's verdict: 'Not Guilty.'
