Shaefer A. Shepard
Shaefer A. Shepard is an Attorney at Jetton & Meredith, PLLC.
Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Shaefer received his Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Mathematics from Catawba College in Salisbury, NC. In 2018, Shaefer pursued his Juris Doctor degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law. While at Central, Shaefer devoted himself to trial advocacy, served on the Trial Advocacy Board, and competed in numerous trial competitions.
Nick Voelker
Nick Voelker is Of Counsel at Jetton & Meredith, PLLC. Nick is licensed to practice law in North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida and Georgia and before he became General Counsel worked at a large Charlotte law firm and was named to North Carolina Super Lawyers® Rising Stars℠ in 2015 and 2016.
Nick is General Counsel of a Charlotte based financial services company and Of Counsel to Jetton & Meredith, PLLC. When Nick is not handling all of his company's corporate and business-related legal issues, he assists and consults clients with business related legal matters including corporate formation, acquisition, sale, contracts, employment agreements, non-competes and non-solicits, intellectual property protection, data security, litigation management and other issues. Nick also assists clients with personal related planning and protections such as last wills and testaments, living wills, trusts, powers of attorney and health care directives.
Jason St. Aubin
Jason St. Aubin is a Senior Attorney at Jetton & Meredith, PLLC.
Attorney Jason St. Aubin has been practicing criminal law since 2005. Jason graduated from Charlotte Country Day School and received his undergraduate degree from Duke University. After graduating with a J.D. cum laude from the University of Illinois, Jason began working for the Public Defender's office in Charlotte. During his 17 years there he worked every type of case imaginable, from traffic tickets to drug trafficking, from shootings to sex offenses, and from home break-ins to homicide.
Christine Carver
Originally from Indiana, Christine moved to Waxhaw, NC in high school where
she attended Cuthbertson High School. After a stellar softball career,
she received a full ride from Coker University to pitch for the Cobras.
Christine went on to receive her degree at Coker with a degree in Business
Administration.
After graduating from Coker College, Christine attended law school at Elon
University School of Law in Greensboro, North Carolina, where she graduated
in December 2022. During law school, Christine gained legal experience
at the District Attorney’s Office in Forsyth County and from a private
family law firm.
In Christine’s free time, she enjoys spending time and traveling
with her fiancé and two dogs, Baker and Elmie, to visit family
and friends in South Carolina. Together they also enjoy staying active,
catching up on their favorite TV shows, and cheering on the Clemson Tigers.
