I was facing a very scary situation of a domestic battery. I spent the weekend in Iredell County jail. That’s the worst place I’ve ever been. I live in Illinois, and the incident happened in NC while I was on a trip. Jetton & Meredith represented me. I didn’t have to fly back for court, and they were able to get the charges dropped! So thankful for these guys; they are protectors!

I was charged with a 50 B and assault on a female... which were all false accusations. I looked for the best lawyers I could find and I came across this law firm. Tim Canady represented me. He was caring towards my needs but aggressive when it came to fighting for me. Every step of the way he was there, just a phone call away, which gave me peace of mind that I desperately needed. He managed to get all of these charges dismissed and also have this completely off my record, and rightfully so for this evil woman had lied on me. The first question I asked him when I was seeking representation was: "Are you the best there is for criminal domestic violence?" He replied, "Yes, I am," and he did not disappoint. Where do I begin? First off, when my small business was summoned to small claims court, I was nervous. Number one, about the situation in general. Shaefer and Mark handled my case with more professionalism than I could've asked for. Shaefer walked me through the process. Listened to what the case was.
