I was facing a very scary situation of a domestic battery. I spent the weekend in Iredell County jail. That’s the worst place I’ve ever been. I live in Illinois, and the incident happened in NC while I was on a trip. Jetton & Meredith represented me. I didn’t have to fly back for court, and they were able to get the charges dropped! So thankful for these guys; they are protectors!

We Beat This Case! Aug 30, 2023

I was charged with a 50 B and assault on a female... which were all false accusations. I looked for the best lawyers I could find and I came across this law firm. Tim Canady represented me. He was caring towards my needs but aggressive when it came to fighting for me. Every step of the way he was there, just a phone call away, which gave me peace of mind that I desperately needed. He managed to get all of these charges dismissed and also have this completely off my record, and rightfully so for this evil woman had lied on me. Mark is a courtroom ace! He recently represented me in defending a frivolous domestic violence charge and came to court prepared to blow the opposition out of the water. Because of how he communicated the facts and questioned the opposition, it took the judge all of 4 seconds to read a 'Not Guilty' verdict. Without Mark, I did not stand a chance... Mark absolutely killed it in court. I was very confident with him since day one. The first question I asked him when I was seeking representation was: "Are you the best there is for criminal domestic violence?" He replied, "Yes, I am," and he did not disappoint. He was very helpful in every aspect and very communicative throughout the whole process. I was found not guilty in court. This is the only lawyer I will ever recommend or use again in Mecklenburg County!
