Winning Gold for Criminal Defense in 2025 was an exciting moment for our firm. To receive that same recognition again in 2026 is an incredible honor.

Led by founding partner Eric S. Meredith, our family law team represents individuals navigating divorce, child custody disputes, alimony, equitable distribution, and other complex family law matters throughout the Charlotte area.
With nearly 20 years of experience practicing family law, Eric has built a team of dedicated attorneys and legal professionals who understand that family law cases are often among the most personal and emotionally challenging situations someone will face.
Whether representing clients in high-conflict custody disputes or complex, high-asset divorces, our family law attorneys work to protect their clients' interests while helping them move toward the next chapter of their lives.
